3440 'City of Truro'
This most famous of
locomotives visited for Giants of Steam 2006 and was paired with 9017
'Earl of Berkely'. This was the first time the two remaining
double-framed loco's had run on a full-length preserved line together
and a fine sight, despite the rain!
Standing in the rain at Sheffield Park...
...with Earl of Berkeley behind, heading out to Horsted Keynes.
At Kingscote, ready for the return journey.
And finally back at Sheffield Park. It was still raining, of
course!
