South Eastern Railway No.65, O1-class 0-6-0 built in 1896.
South Eastern & Chatham Railway No.592, C-class 0-6-0 built in 1902.
Known on the railway as the "Chatham Twins" these two locos look absolutely superb together. It's hard to believe that this is what goods locomotives looked like at the turn of the century, but they did! The photograph was taken when the locos were being used on a Footplate Days and Ways experience course on 15th March 2000.
