Visit of 'Bello'

In August and September 2004, locomotive No.7742 'Bello' visited the Bluebell from its twin line, the Museumstoomtram Hoorn-Medemblik. Here are a few photos of it in action during the visit.

No.7742 arrives at Horsted Keynes, double-heading with No.672 'Fenchurch' and passing No.96 shunting in the down-yard. 29th August 2004.

These next four photos were all taken on Wednesday the 1st September, and again show No.7742 d ouble-heading with Fenchurch, seen on Freshfield Bank, at Vaux End (twice), and approaching Leamland Bridge.

'Bello' and 'Fenchurch' climb away from Three Arch bridge on the 5th September.

On its last round trip of the visit, No.7742 pilots 9017 into Horsted Keynes on Sunday 26th September.
