Good Friday 2002 was blessed with clear skies and a frequent train service - and there were plenty of lineside photographers taking advantage of the superb combination.


BR 5MT No.73082 'Camelot' simmers at Sheffield Park prior to working the 11.00 departure.


Nos.55 and 65 double-head the 12.30 Stepney Special service through Ketches Wood and onto Freshfield Bank.


No.73082 accelerates away from Sheffield Park with the 1.02 service.


Heading towards Sheffield Park, BR No.80151 rounds the curve at Freshfields with the 1.00 from Kingscote.


Nos.55 and 65 climb the 1 in 75 past Nobles with the 2.30 service from Sheffield Park.


No.73082 has just crossed Monteswood Lane bridge with the 3.02 from Sheffield Park.


No.80151 approaches Monteswood Lane with the 3.00 from Kingscote.


No.80151 heads upgrade from 3 Arch Bridge with t he 4.00 pm.


Nos. 55 and 65 are seen again at Three Arch Bridge, with the 4.31 service from Sheffield Park.


No.73082 at the same location with the 4.47 train.
