Evening Land Cruise
with Manning Wardle "Sir Berkeley"

'Sir Berkeley' at Middleton Railway - July 2007 - VCT

Enjoy a leisurely return ride from Sheffield Park to Kingscote in two Victorian carriages hauled by visiting locomotive "Sir Berkeley" built in 1891.

As part of the 125th birthday of the Bluebell line, "Sir Berkeley" is visiting for one weekend only thanks to our friends The Vintage Carriage Trust and The Middleton Railway.

The special train will depart Sheffield Park at 6pm for a relaxed journey to Horsted Keynes and Kingscote.

Upon arrival back at Horsted Keynes, there will be various photographic opportunities alongside sister locomotive "Sharpthorn".

Arrival back at Sheffield Park will be about 9pm.

Seats on the Land Cruise are limited to 24 First Class places at £20.00 per person and 24 Third Class places at £15.00 per person. Platform tickets at Horsted Keynes - £10.00
