The locomotive's frames, complete with wheels and motion, have been lifted onto the Villa work site.

After 19 years in the open the job of dismantling the motion and other parts may take some time.

The bits of angle were added during the early 1970s to hold up the sagging cab floor. Note the drooping buffers where the frames have bent (it came from B.R. like that). The signwriter's paint has survived remarkable well considering it was applied in 1962.
