On Friday 17 November 2006, a photo-charter was run with BR Standard 4 No.75027 and visiting West Country No.34028 Eddystone, re-creating a classic Somerset and Dorset double-header (both locos are recorded as having worked on the S&D). The weather was variable (!), but when the sun did come out, the combination looked stunning. A huge thanks must go to all the crews and operating staff involved on the day, the workshop for making sure 34028 was available in time, and of course e veryone else whose contribution behind the scenes made this event possible.
