Date: 7th June 1998

The view from the end of Hill Place cutting looking towards East Grinstead, with Imberhorne viaduct just out of the picture around the bend in the distance.

This view was taken a few yards nearer East Grinstead on a glorious autumn day in 2003. The trees on the left (west) of the formation have grown since the closure of the line in 1958.
