Bluebell Railway Photo-Charters

On Friday 28th March 2008, the Battle of Britain Locomotive Society and Severn Valley Railway Association Charters invite you to join them for a freight charter with U-class No.1638.
STOCK
Post Grouping outline freight stock with bogie Queen Mary brake van.
MEETING POINT

COST
£55 per person. However a reduced rate of £40 will be applied to all bookings received by February 29th, 2008. No bookings are accepted after 19th March and may be closed earlier once the charter is declared full.
N.B. Once a booking is made it can only be withdrawn in exceptional circumstances and with the agreement of the organisers.
For the benefit of those who may be unfamiliar with the format, the idea of photo-charters is to visit the best locations on the line at the most suitable times of day lighting wise (assuming the sun shines of course!), with a number of run-pasts being made at each location so that everyone has chance to get a range of pictures.
TIMES
The charter will start at 7.30 and run to approx 18.00 around the normal service trains.
ADDITIONAL NOTE
This charter will be covered by road using shared cars to avoid parking problems. This is because the train is unfitted and cannot carry passengers.
