Share Issue

Information for BRPS Members - Not for publication

I am sorry to announce that we will be unable to launch the share issue on December 1st. I did point out that we had set this as a target date, which was deemed achievable at that time.
The remaining key dependencies (the ownership of the Imberhorne waste site and the land at East Grinstead), despite much hard work, are sadly not yet finalised. In addition the FSA has recently announced changes to the rules governing share issues. For these reasons have had to postpone the launch until 2006. This does not mean, however, that we cannot start fund raising through other means.
This is disappointing, but I want to assure members that we are close to reaching a satisfactory conclusion on both of these items. More details will appear in the next edition of Bluebell News.
