- Major structural repairs to BR Mk.I RMB No. 1818 - completed June 2006
- Exterior panelling and window repairs to SR Bulleid Open Third No. 1464 of 1950 - completed April 2006
- Repairs to panelling and mouldings, and complete revarnish of Metropolitan Railway Composite No. 368 of 1898 - completed 17 Dec. 2005
- Interior refurbishment of SR Van C No. 404
- Restoration of SR 8-plank wagon No. 37786 - entered service April 2005 after reconstruction of body and complete overhaul of running gear.
- Spring 2005: Repairs to BR Mk.1 Buffet Car No. 1838 necessitated by a leaking water tank, now completed and carriage repainted.
- SR Milk Tanker No. 4430 - re-entered service Feb. 2005 after major overhaul
- Restoration of SR Box Van No. 44611 - completed October 2004
- Complete rebuild of LBSCR Box Van No. 8196 - outshopped Sept 2004
- Intermediate overhaul of LNWR Observation Car 1503 - Spring/Summer 2004.
